2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are considered under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If products are received damaged or defective, clients must notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
Incorrect Products: If the products delivered do not match the specifications agreed upon in the purchase order.
Non-Delivery: If products are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and no alternative arrangement has been made.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photographic evidence (if applicable)
Return Authorization: Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Shipping: Return the products in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products:
Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed upon.
Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the order is returned or the products are not in their original condition, partial refunds may be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Customized or special-order products tailored to the client’s specifications.
Products that have been used, altered, or are not in resalable condition.
Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the return window.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error.
